Resource Recovery, LLC began as Network Equipment Services, LLC in 1997. The company was rebranded as Resource Recovery, LLC in 2016 when the focus turned solely to plate glass cullet recycling. The result is 40 years of combined experience in the glass recycling industry.
Together the company's managing partners have more than a half century of experience in all aspects of glass recycling and transportation.

Doug began his career in the trucking business transporting hazardous waste. Since then, he has amassed more than 35 years of experience in the glass recycling business and, in addition to his vast trucking experience, is well versed in rail car management and transloading site development.
Austin is responsible for managing the company's glass supply and collaborates with both established and prospective customers. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Bryant University and began his career in the software industry. He later transitioned into business consulting, where he helped hundreds of businesses in various operational areas.
Amy Monahan
Office Manager
Amy manages all customer interactions from Resource Recovery's headquarters in Thompson, CT ensuring the business runs smoothly. She coordinates customer shipments, manages the company's finances and deals with customers and vendors on a first-name basis.
